Delivery

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Lead times are shown in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

"Arrived on time, in good condition and was easily erected.: After checking my arbour out on the internet I found Elbec to be the best price. The ordering process was easy and quick and the delivery instructions followed efficiently. All pieces were present, including fixings, and it was erected in double quick time with only the roof needing a second person to raise. Overall a happy experience!"
