Delivery

How Your Order Will Arrive
All Rowlinson products are delivered flat-packed and ready for self-assembly. Delivery is made to the kerbside or driveway of your property using a Hi-ab vehicle (a truck with a mechanical crane).

Booking Your Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our carrier partner, DX. Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, DX will contact you to arrange delivery. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you’ll receive a text message; otherwise, you’ll be contacted by phone. You’ll be given a delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Please note:

• Lead times are shown in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
• These are estimates provided by the manufacturer, based on current demand. While we aim to deliver on time, these are not guaranteed.
