How Delivery Works:

All orders are delivered directly to your kerbside or driveway. Products arrive flat-packed, ready for easy assembly.

After You Order:

Once your order has been placed, you'll immediately receive two automatic confirmation emails from elbec providing full details of your order.

Delivery Provider:

Your order will be delivered by DHL. You will receive tracking details during the stated delivery period.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery lead times for your order is clearly displayed on the product page. Please note, if you've ordered a powder-coated planter, there is an additional 1-2 weeks added to the standard lead time. All delivery estimates are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are based on current manufacturer information. While we always strive for accuracy, lead times may vary slightly due to fluctuations in demand.

Deliveries to remote areas may require extra time.

Day of Delivery:

Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. Please ensure there are no access or restriction issues, as deliveries are strictly kerbside or driveway only. Unfortunately, delivery through properties or into gardens is not available.

Delivery Locations:
