Features

It is constructed from polycarbonate panels built around a sturdy aluminium frame. Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY. This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.

Booking Delivery

Your order will be dispatched by the manufacturer Palram Applications. If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.

Our teams are working hard to ensure your order is delivered within the timescale indicated on the product page. For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday – Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.

Prior to Delivery

With Palram products, you will be sent two text messages. The first message will inform you that your order is being processed. The second message will be sent closer to the end of the delivery timescale, advising you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered by one of three couriers (Arrow XL, Panther or DPD).

Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale. 

Upon Delivery

Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but – upon request – may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.

"Advertised a 15 day lead time, but was surprised to get the shed in 2 days, I ended up waiting for the new patio to settle before I could set it up. The shed was easy to assemble, just wish the side panels by the door could be slotted like all the other panels, this made it a bit difficult to hold it together at this point. My bad for not checking but make sure you have the anchors to bolt this straight to the floor when completed, they are not provided. I am very happy with this shed it looks great, a few neighbours commented too, and the roof is amazing and gives a really good amount of light in the shed, which is one of the main reasons I wanted this shed."

"I brought this shed to replace my wooden shed. I like concept of not having to paint it. 2 person req and not to do it on a windy day. It looks smart and stylish. Only recommendation is maybe have a metal bar at the bottom of the base for more stability of sides"

"Palram 4ft Grey Skylight Plastic Shed Make sure your base is as level as you can get it, it makes the shed assembly so much easier Good points: 1. Good instructions – assembles in a logical fashion 2. No missing parts 3. Everything went together easily 4. If you are assembling the shed in an area where it is difficult to access the back or sides, it is light enough to move the whole shed to gain access even when it is near-fully assembled (Obviously this is before you fix it down) 5. Quick delivery Bad points: The floor is not as strong as I would have hoped and can be torn easily. If you are storing pointed or sharp objects (e.g. garden forks) put some plywood on the floor for them to sit on."
