The shed arrives flat packed and is easily assembled. Other features include space to add hanging brackets and shelves, making it easy to personalise based on your storage needs, as well as a sliding bolt and a padlock friendly locking loop, padlock not included.

Features

The Tuscany EVO 120 is a PVC box section shed, with an ABS plastic roof. These materials ensure that the shed is completely resistant to rot, and is highly resistant to fading and UV damage. PVC has the additional advantage of being practically zero maintenance, with an occasional wipe down with soap and water being more than sufficient to maintain its pleasing looks. 

The floor is constructed from recycled, rot proof, hard-wearing resin formed tiles that interlock. This provides an exceptionally sturdy base that will stand up to heavy loads and almost anything that you can throw at it. Easy fit hanging brackets and shelves are available as useful optional extras to add extra versatility to your storage. Delivery Lead-times:

The product page above displays the estimated delivery lead time, which is specified in working days (Monday - Friday) and excludes Bank Holidays. Booking Date:

Shire will contact you directly to notify you that your delivery will be made within the next 48 hours (2 working days) once the item is ready for dispatch.

Upon Delivery
Knowles, a courier representing the manufacturer Shire, is responsible for delivering the item. The delivery is typically carried out using an 18-ton vehicle within the timeframe of 8am to 8pm. Please note that the delivery drivers are insured to deliver only to the kerb side or driveway, and will not take any risks that may result in property damage while delivering the product. Additionally, we regret to inform you that delivery personnel will not be able to enter your property. Finally, the driver will hand-ball the item off during delivery.

It is not advisable to engage a third party for product installation before its delivery and verification of all parts. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by a third party.
