The interior cladding is designed with moisture-resistant MDF board and an Oxford profile finish, while the YBS Airtec Double insulation in the walls and roof ensure a comfortable temperature.
The summerhouse flooring features 25mm Celotex insulation, tongue and groove boards, and a herringbone vinyl finish, adding to its durability and high-end appearance. The handcrafted joinery on the windows and doors adds to its bespoke charm, with the option to upgrade to UPVC or aluminium windows and doors in anthracite grey, black, or white. Choosing this option will extend the delivery time. These options will reduce the door height slightly, and prices are available on request.

About Your Order:
The Shire Garden Office Pod is a British-made garden building made from sustainably sourcedtimber. You will get a low-carbon footprint summerhouse made from ethically sourced materials. It comes with a 10-year warranty.
Price includes assembly by Shire’s professional fitting team. You’ll need a firm and level concrete base. Our manufacturer’s assembly team will contact you requesting images of the base. Occasionally, they may visit the site to confirm the base is suitable for assembly. Once they have confirmed the base is appropriate, you will be given a delivery/assembly date (delivery and assembly are on the same day).

Garden Office Aftercare:
The home garden office has been treated using a proprietary zinc borate-based process. As this is an advanced treatment, it makes it a maintenance-free garden building. If required, you can repaint the building to keep it looking new.
