Features

Behind the striking design of the Victory Orangery Garden Chalet lies the reliable materials that give the greenhouse its brilliant durability. Two types of polycarbonate glazing are used, a fully transparent glazing for the sides and a twin-wall 'frosted' style glazing for the roof. This polycarbonate is difficult to damage and will not shatter, unlike glass. It also blocks harmful ultraviolet rays and does not become cloudy or yellow over time. 

The Victory Orangery's frame is constructed from heavy duty aluminium, finished in a durable powder-coating whose matte grey colour brings definition to the crystalline glazing. This frame sits on a perimeter base made from galvanised steel to offer improved stability. Accessing your greenhouse is made easy by the wide entry space created by the double doors, and a low threshold door means that entering by wheelchair or bringing in soil by wheelbarrow is a breeze.

On scorching summer days when the temperature of greenhouses can reach harmful levels, the Victory can cope thanks to two manual vents featured in the upper panels. Opening both vents is a quick way to create a through draught that cools your greenhouse. Alternatively, open up the double doors with magnetic catches that hold them in place to the greenhouse frame so that you won't need to rely on a door stop. 

Accessories

Palram's great range of accessories can help your greenhouse feel more complete. The Drip Irrigation Kit saves you time in getting an even spread of water to your plants via up to 16 droppers, and the Automatic Vent Opener will ensure your vent opens in warmer weather without the need for any attention on your part.

Additional Details

The Victory Orangery Garden Chalet comes flat-packed, with parts cut to size and pre-drilled when appropriate, for a more straightforward assembly process. Although putting together your greenhouse at home can be daunting, written instructions are provided by the manufacturer. Design elements like the polycarbonate glazing, which slots neatly in place to the frame, make life much easier. It is best to assemble this product with an extra pair of hands or two. Those with some DIY experience will be able to complete the greenhouse in a matter of hours.

This greenhouse comes with a five-year warranty from its manufacturer, Palram Applications. We recommend reading the details and making sure to follow the basic care instructions to ensure your warranty is valid. As the Victory Orangery requires virtually no maintenance, this is very straightforward.

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY. This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.

Booking Delivery

Your order will be dispatched by the manufacturer Palram Applications. If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.

Our teams are working hard to ensure your order is delivered within the timescale indicated on the product page. For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday – Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.

Prior to Delivery

With Palram products, you will be sent two text messages. The first message will inform you that your order is being processed. The second message will be sent closer to the end of the delivery timescale, advising you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered by one of three couriers (Arrow XL, Panther or DPD).

Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale. 

Upon Delivery

Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but – upon request – may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.
